What we collect

Rowlie collects the account details, goals, schedules, check-ins, and preferences you provide so we can deliver the product. We may collect usage, device, and error information to keep Rowlie reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Rowlie, personalize plans and reminders, process subscriptions through our payment provider, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use private goal content to train third-party models.

Providers and retention

We use infrastructure, authentication, payments, and analytics providers as needed to operate Rowlie. We retain information while your account is active and delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to legal and security requirements.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@mosey.app. We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
